Interesting! I have a pair but can't wear them as I have a high arch and I got a blister like the fitness instructor tester did in the clip.

I now have a pair of MBTs, I hope they aren't bad for my gait!

Default fit Flops

I love these shoes! I have been wearing the fit flops for over 6 months and although my legs have not magically thinned out or toned up, there is a noticeable lift in my rear end. And even better, when i wear them i no longer have lower back pain when walking up hills. I am a fan of them and have seen results, that being said, i have also altered my diet and exercise which may be the reason why my butt looks lifted and pinch-able!

Thanks for posting that video.
I was kind of taken in by the hype, but now I can put it to rest.
Not gonna buy them

I don't think the video de-bunked the idea completely...Just added the common sense to the hype. The shoe is not for everyone and...It can help with toning but cannot be your only source of fitness.

I like mine. I think they help add a little more to what I am already doing!

I have two pairs, pink and red, and they're basically the only shoes I wear on weekends for running errands and stuff. I can't say they've done much for me, although I remember feeling a little sore after the first few times of wearing them. But now, they're just so comfy and I wear them for that reason. I usually kick off my shoes first thing when I get home at night, but I forget I have these on most of the time.
