Question Freeze the Taco Bake?

I'm sure most everyone has tried the Taco Bake that has been mentioned here in the phase 1 recipes. If not, try it, it is really good. Has anyone made a batch and frozen it? Did it turn out ok? I make taco bake quite a bit but I don't want that much of it at once. What would be the best type of storage for this meal? Thanks!!

It's awesome frozen... and I need to do that more often than eating on it throughout one week!

I usually bake it and freeze it in single serve portions in tupperware containers. They haven't been around for more than a few weeks at a time, so I can't say how long they would last in the freezer. Probably a month or two.

I always have leftovers that I freeze. I like to put it in a slightly larger container so I have room to add lettuce and stuff to the same container after I reheat the taco bake. I use the Ziploc freezer containers.
