whoohooo!!! I am so excited
I had to share this cause I am so excited, I hit the under 200 mark. Yep weighed in this morning with clothes on and was 199.5. This is major for me cause i have not been able to get below 200 for over a year now. Everything is possible if you keep focused. Reading other peoples posts with their trials and triumphs really helps too and I will continue to do so to keep me motivated! Thanks TFC gals.

Thanks gals
I love it ...Onderland. Sounders much better than under 200. Some of you should be joining me soon and we should celebrate when it happens!!! Maybe we can start the Onderland club he he.
Hope everyone is enjoying there weekend. Me I am just being lazy (i did take a 35 min walk) watching LMN my favorite station on the weekends when i am not doing anything.
Curious, is there just a way to reply to one person besdies a private message. I am not able to use this until I have so many posts, guess i will just have to keep posting!!!

Your successes inspire others you know. I have been trying to get going in the right direction for many years now. Stay with us , even if you bobble back and forth from 200's. I'm bobbling in a 3 pound range, and it's really frustrating when I bobble all the way up, but I know it's going to go down again. I am no longer trying to be skinny, just a comfortable 'not fat anymore' will do fine.

I only have 15 posts but I am able to PM! At least, it set up the message and everything, I didn't actually send it (don't know anyone that well yet!). Give it a try. Click on their username and see the options. Or if you have a specific person in mind, just give them a shout-out and they can PM you. I think.
