I was here in July, lost 4 lbs the first week, of phase 1, in the middle of the second week, I lost myself and ate some spagetti, from there on it was down hill,
I still have my 4 lb loss and started phase 1 again this morning..I was in the July group, is there an August group? Should I start from my orginial weight or start from what I weigh now..
