Can anyone recommend their fav workout DVD? I moved and my treadmill is now in storage b/c it was too heavy for the movers to transfer. I am looking for a workout that is effective, but not a lot of jumping/kicking as I have a disability, more of a low impact.
Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds would probably appeal to you. I like it for something lighter.
Also, have you considered yoga or pilates? I love the Stott's Pilates series - there are a bunch - different levels and so on. Also, I recommend Yoga Zone videos - they have beginner through advanced.
I agree with Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. It is a great DVD! If you get the 3 mile video, you can choose to do 1, 2 or all 3 miles and it has a walk belt that helps with toning your arms and waist. It is definately my favorite!
