Question Low Fat Ceasar Salad - Is it an Oxi-Moron?

I love love love ceasar salad, but the dressing is usually so high in fat and calories that I usually skip it. Does anyone have a recipe for a lower fat version?

Some of the vets might need to chip in here, BUT...

If I read the book correctly, SB encourages you to use the REGULAR Caesar salad dressing (in limited amounts) -- because often the reduced calorie/low fat versions have added sugar...

Someone please correct me (or back me up)...and provide more information...
