What foods help you stay OP: delite pizzas from Papa Murphy's, tacos, berries, cherries, low-cal bread, whole wheat pasta, Snickers low carb energy bars, Starbucks iced coffee, TOMATOES
Why do you think you'll be successful this time: I was never really serious about losing weight because I think that I thought I looked not too bad
What is the biggest obstacle between you and success: Winter, pizza
How will/did you overcome this obstacle: Just eat pizza less often and make smart choices when I do. As far as exercising, I think I am going to just brave the cold weather for as long as I can and try to get into a gym for about three months. I hope by that time I will have reached my goal and can just tone up for the winter.
What do you like to do for fun: Softball, shop
What type of music do you like best? This is so cliche, but I consider myself very eclectic, so everything.
