No, not the kind you eat...I just made it to 10 pounds!
It took 4 weeks to reach 10lbs, and the thing I'm most pleased with is how healthy the foods are that I'm eating overall. What a change from the processed junk of my past! I do need to work on keeping up the veggies, so that's my goal for the weeks ahead to hopefully keep moving down the scale.
I'm off to finish packing for a short 2-day trip to Knoebels (a small family-friendly amusement park in PA) with my sons. I'm even packing a cooler of food for the hotel. They'll probably think I'm crazy!
