Default W.O.W Labor Day Challenge ~~Week 5~~

Lets make this week a great one ladies!

I went to bed so early last night. It feels so nice to actually get 8 hours of sleep. Thought about volunteering to work tomorrow, but changed my mind. I worked my booty off yesterday.

Good for you Jen, enjoy the day off!

I have to go to work, then will go for a run & then be the stinky old lady in class tonight because I can't get home for a shower between the run and the class!

E 75 upper and 75 lower crunches, then a run tonight, a walk at lunch if the weather and the time cooperate

D I am worth it and that is not going to taste as good as skinny will feel.

Good morning ladies, up and at 'em! Vacation is over, DH went back to
work today, I go back tomorrow. So it is time to get some serious umph
going. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I maintained this week. I
guess the extra activity of climbing up an down ladders and sanding was
enough to offset some of the extras I ate. Overall though I think I did
well. We had a couple of splurges, after all it was vacation and we
celebrated our 21st anniversary this week. I do think I need to do at
least a few days or a week of strict phase one to jump start my
metabolism. I need to go grocery shopping today so I am going to stock
up on what I need to be successful.
W-60 oz or more
E- Tai Chi stretches (haven't done them all week and I feel it) and some form work, need to get ready for class tomorrow
E- Phase 1, no starches or high glycemic veggies
D-Triumph is TRY with a little UMPH behind it. Going to muster up my UMPH today.

Hey ladies
I will do my best to make this a good week. DH is back at work, and i start my vacation friday. For those of you who remember her, I'm going to go see Stevi-Rocks on Sunday/Monday. I can't wait. I'll try to stay on plan as much as possible and hit 64 oz of water a day, 1500 calories, and some form of exercise every day this week.

Be back later, gotta make lunch

This is definitely going to be the week. I didn't get to finish posting yesterday and wanted to do more personals... but I need to start fresh - plus I'm at work so dont want to get busted

HolyT - Oxnard is probably 8+ hours north of me. I am centered about an hour out of Palm Springs, an hour out of San Diego and an hour from Orange County. Pick your location to reference.

So BF has been extra attentive that last few days, and although it was no formal asking, he mentioned marriage. FAT *** BE GONE! I have to work to get this overfed body under control. Even if the M word doesn't happen, but more so if there is a chance that we will be talking about it. Sheesh... can't I just wake up healthy!

WEED -
W - will do it - getting it out now... got it
E - Angels game tonight - lots of stairs to walk but probably not much else
E - Lunch is packed, all daytime meals prepped
D - Bring the carrot back

Gotta go do some work. Lets kick it off ladies!!!

Week five. Let's rock it!!! I was 210 yesterday, up to 210.8 today, but that's okay. High humidity here and water retention. I did 2 5k's this weekend. First one in 47 min. Second one I did 4 miles in an hour. Yeah for me.

It is going to be rainy for a few days, cooling things off. Guess I won't be outside much. Maybe I'll actually clean some house. Or help my daughter move her stuff back in to the house. Man, where did she get all that crap. I thought she went to college to get an education.

Jeni- Yeah for sleep. I have only been getting about 7 hours, with 2 nightime potty breaks.

MM- You go for it. Who cares if you are smelly in class.

Knitt- Vacation is over. Well, now you can get back on track 100%. That is how I feel about school starting in a few weeks. I am much more regimented.

Holyt- Get crackin'. Never even heard of Stevi-Rocks. Man, I am old.

Nix- I see a size 10? dress in your future. 8?, 12? Whatever! you decide and then just make it happen. Better look out because I am catching up to you. You wouldn't want that to happen.

WEE- always the same. D- believe in your dreams, and you're halfway there!

Oh dang Nixie I'm not going down that far wish i was though, i love san diego.
Stevi is a lady who used to chat with us long long time ago. I still keep up with her via myspace.

headache is STILL here. working on more coffee and excedrin to fight it.

Good morning all! Back OP yesterday and it felt good! Need to stay focused. I got in my afterwork run but was not able to go for a walk at lunch, work is crazy, worked thru lunch so I could leave on time and get the run in before class.

Good morning Weedies
Didn't follow through with my plan yesterday. It was the last day of vacation and we all know how that goes.... But NO MORE EXCUSES!!! Today is Phase 1, Day 1. This is not about dieting, it is about developing a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
My WEEDs for today:

W-at least 3 20 oz. bottles
E- Tai Chi class
E- Phase 1
D- Write out my SMART goals and post them to my Blog. Stay on plan!!!

Morning ladies. Whew. Just have to say taking today off of work just wasn't in my stars. I got up and went to the gym (half expected a call at 4 am) All the treads were full so I hopped on the elliptical for 20 then I decided there was a free tread so I would hop on that, but while I was cleaning the eliptical off the tread got taken, so I got on a bike 20 min. Finally I got on the tread, ran 20 min. at 5 mph (my normal speed is 4.7). Anyway got home and work called, needed me right away. So I showered and jumped in the car and here I am at work. Really I am mostly needed to give breaks so there are about 40 minutes of trying to help out the people on my regular job, but haven't done much of that but the clean up stuff. But every little bit helps, right?

So todays WEED (since Ihavent posted it in a while)

W 64 oz
E 60 minutes cardio done
E 1200 planned calories. Nothing starchy after 5!! been having trouble here
D make it through today. make a healthy dinner

Not much to report today except a little gain. Up to 211.6 today. I want to go back to 210, that was much nicer. Did some kickboxing DVD last night. Tonight I think I have to walk/jog again. It is just too hot to feel like doing much. YUCK!!

Aud- I'm with ya. HOT!!

MM- Good job getting back on track. Stick to it.

Knitt- Come on girl. Now is the time.

Jeni- Be thankful you have so many options. There is a new gym opening up about 8 miles from home. Supposed to open 2nd week of Sept. I am seriously thinking of joining. I can have 24 hour access with a key card. I think I might enjoy going to a gym. We'll see.

WEE- same as always D- Sure, things go wrong sometimes. But they're about to go right!
