I have seen alot of talk about this Couch to 5 K. I really want to start it. I do better on things when there are a group of people doing the same thing as me and going through some of the same things. I think we all struggle with motivation and exercise....this could definately be a challenge to help with both of those things....
a little summary about this plan if you haven't heard much about it.....
It is a 9 week program that is designed to get you from sitting on the couch in a sedintary lifestyle to jogging/running 5 K in 30 - 35 minutes in 9 weeks....It starts off pretty simple and progresses each week.
Now....each week the program only suggests that you do the suggested workout for 30 minutes a day 3 times a week.....that is it!!! I think we could do it as often as we want as long as we do it 3 times a week....Now I think we all can handle that!!
