What successes did you have in June? What are you looking forward to accomplishing in July?

I want to start up my 10K training program again and remain binge free in July.

Shay - WOW! 90 days!!! I remember when you were in the single digits. I'm so proud of you!! Training for a 10K sounds like a wonderful goal for July. A friend of mine is pushing me to do some racing. I'm curious to see how you enjoy the training program!

June successes: I finally made it into the 160's. I haven't been this low in about 10 years. My exercise is really changing the shape of my body, and I like that. Exercise is really becoming just "part of my day" and not a method of torture I must endure. I made progress cutting back on alcohol.

July goals: I got freaked when I hit the 160's. Afraid I couldn't lose any more. Afraid I can't maintain this weight. I need to let go of my fear and just take one day at a time. I also want to spend more time on how I look. I rarely "do" my hair and makeup, which is a shame because I feel so much better when I do vs. when I don't. Continue with exercise regimen and alcohol avoidance.

I'm SO THANKFUL for our little group!!

I'm going to join this challenge. I believe my challenge is going to be to drop 4 pounds (132), go jogging in the morning before work, and eat more on plan. I want to make sure i am getting enough fruits and veggies and all my water. I also want to start the 100 Push Up Challenge in the excersize section. My boyfriend and i will start it together next week. I am looking forward to July. My life should start calming down once the bf gets moved in this weekend.

Welcome Lumi!! WOW! Only 6 pounds from goal. That's GREAT!! So where do you and Enygirl know each other from?? I'm so glad you joined our little group.

Karyn - I laughed when I read your post. I'm steering clear of my scale for a while, too. A month at the same weight and I'm ready to hit it with a hammer! I've NEVER lost 5 pounds in a month. But . . . I figure the scale is into me for at least 3 pounds I should have lost last month. lol!

Regarding the pushup challenge. I did 12 man pushups yesterday! I'm going to have to print off the challenge and see what it entails.

Hope everybody has a great day!

I'm doing girly ones GG - with my knees on the floor and ankles crossed. I might go back after I build up the strength and do the plank ones - but right now I can't even do one!

Lumi and I are in pretty much every challenge together... and It's my job to keep on her to reach her Christmas goal! RIGHT LUMI! YOU CAN AND WILL BUST A MOVE AND DO IT!

I had to drop out of the numbers challenge. I'm getting WAY too over whelmed with challenges that I'm doing - so I'm sticking to the bootcamp one for my exercise challenge. Sorry GG! Nothing against you - HONEST!

Alright - here's to day #15 and still on track! I have to say - THIS FEELS GOOD!

Day 1 is looking good so far. I went grocery shopping filled the house full of better choices. I am going to do yoga tonight to calm my busy mind and I am going to send all the pop tarts that I bought with DH to work ( they have been my binge item the last week or so).

gg- 12 MAN push ups, YOU ROCK

Enygirl- 15 Days keep at it!!

Eny--Thanks! It was a bit questionable if I would make it through a few days but I did. On to the next 90!

gg & Karyn--If it wasn't for the "Just Beachy" challenge I would be far away from the scale. It can get quite obsessive with me.

Karyn--I need to go shopping myself. I will work on my list tonight.

Can't make up my mind about the push up challenge.

Shay - try the initial test and see how you feel. I knew that if I could do 7 girly ones then i could DEFINATELY stick to this program. Also it's nice to have the min break between each rep.

Eny--I will take a look at the website. I can do both kinds of pushups. Planks and girlie. 100 just seems like a lot.

mrsaugie--Congrats on the losses!
