Default 30 Down, 49 to Go
I started around 240+ but officially began 3FC at 239lbs. As of today I weighed in at 208.4. I still have a long way to go before I hit my goal but any progress is nice. I wish it were more but all in due time

Oh and best part - the jeans that look too tight in the before pics - have been retired due to falling off now

Heather (got that from the blog) you are looking great! Though the after pictures are hard to see because of the flash, they're good enough to see that there is a huge change in your body. 30 pounds has made quite a difference in you! I also read your blog and being a vegetarian myself and wanting to try to learn to make yummy things, I am inspired by your cooking. Best of luck and hang in there!

Thanks, I know I need to suck it up and have someone take my picture for me - I'll do that at 50lbs gone
