Default Veggies & Dip

Ok, so like most people, I love dip with my veggies. I usually just add onion soup mix to LF sour cream. Is there a limit to how much dip I can eat with my unlimited veggies?

Not sure, but I think it's like 2 tablespoons. I know you're only supposed to have 2 tablespoons of hummus.

How about mixing it with Greek yogurt instead. then you could eat your dairy servings worth Make sure you have plenty of water though so the salt isn't a problem.

The hummus has tahini, a seed paste, in it so it's a fat issue.

The greek yogurt is a great idea, kills two birds with one stone!
