OOPS! I posted this on take 23 on accident.

Went to WI an lost 3.5 and have lost 9 inches in the last 3 weeks. I am thingking the inches were from a bigger workout shirt I as wearing the first day because the lower half of my body stayed exactly the same. But I will take it! I was very excited. Day 5 today is going better, but I am still hungry. I hope it is TOM. I can't go all the time being hungry. Thanks for all of the water bottle suggestions. I was sitting there waiting for the meeting to start and saw a co-worker emptying a familiar looking packet into her water bottle! I looked at her and whispered "MRC?" She said yes and we talked about it. You were all right, No one would have noticed I was just being self conscious about it.

NSV: There were MANY snacks today-everything from salty to sweet. I ate ONE mini pretzel. Then they ordered pizza for lunch. The meeting was over early, so I excused myself and left without even taking a bite!!!! I passed up FREE hot, gooey pizza! Yay me!

ShineOn, if you do a peer class I'm so there!!!

Bonnie, sounds like you had an amazing time!

stuckingradschool Hmmm not sure about why your scale is showing a gain. I think sushi has a lot of sodium in it, well at least the soy sauce does. But you're doing great so don't get discouraged!

Oh girl I know exactly how you feel. I hate those people too. I've told no one I work with what I'm doing (save one friend, we are friends outside of work). One day the lady that sits next to me (the same one that has had bypass surgery to lose her weight about a year ago and snacks on chips all day) wanted to know what the red stuff in the pouch was that I was adding to my water. I think I mumbled something about it being a drink mix thingy lol. Luckily she left it at that and I've made sure not to mix my drinks in front of her anymore.

Judy, I'm with you girl, if I were wearing size 8's I would be prancing around too! Congrats, that must feel amazing!

shenanigan - you might want to try metabolic enhancer or hoodia to take the edge off of the hunger. I use the metabolic enhancer and it seems to really helps me go 6-7 hours between meals (which the center does not recommend but I don't have a choice on the days I work). After trying almost all of the HNS flavors, I have found that Lemon is my favorite, I'll have to try it with the raspberry diet rite!

The last two nights for dinner I wanted sugar so I had the meal replacement bars instead of dinner and then today for dinner I went nutso and had chocolate milk and beef stirfry with tons of soy sauce. I had my first slip and the only thing about it is I knew and thought about it before I ate it and just did anyway. Now I feel like I'm gonna gain for my next WI and I feel like a ****** is this normal to do to yourself??

Default pill questions

Does anyone take the internal cleanser? I got a bottle of it from the starter pack I purchased, but I've just now started taking it. Was just wondering if they really help or not.

And the MRC-6, do these really help? I'm a little skeptical... I haven't been consistent with them, you are supposed to take 2 with every meal but I seem to always forget to take them for one meal a day, so I'm only taking them 2 times a day instead of 3 times a day, so I'm probably wasting my money doing it like this since they aren't getting to my system like they're supposed to.

I don't know, I guess I'm starting to get 'pilled' out. I feel like I'm constantly popping pills!! And I'm not a good pill taker, I usually feel nauseated when I take any type of pill, and it feels worse when I'm hungry. Meemo, wasn't it you that said you didn't take any pills besides the multi-vitamin and flax?

Oh and I wanted to ask - ok this is kind of personal and I hope I don't offend anyone with this - but for those of you who have a hard time with TOM, have you ever thought about skipping them completely? That's what I do, for 3 months at a time, then I'll have it. You can use the NuvaRing if you don't want to be on the pill. Anyway, just a thought...

I feel pilled out too! I take 10 with every meal then 2 before bedtime! I am doing the all-day weight control right now, but as soon as they are finished, I will switch to the enhancer. I've heard better reviews of that on this board.

I like the all day weight loss. I have run out of the morning ones and not replaced it. And I can tell. I too am tired of taking pills. I do like the MRC-6. I sometimes miss but I think it still works.

HI all ! Been a rough day and a half. My once extremely responisble, hard working 20 year old son seems to have gon off the deep end.. Moved out with this very sketcy group of teenagers and has gotten into a wee bit of trouble with the law!!!!

I didnt go balistic eating - the opposite in fact! I could not eat...I tried and ate what i could on plan, but am sure I maybe only ate half of what I was supposed to. I will be crushed if I gained because I didnt follow plan!! Im tring so hard!

But this morning was a new day and though the proble has not dissapeared, I resigned myself to eating all what Im supposed to....I go for my class and WI tomorrow....Im a bit worried....

Dang it! I just went off plan and ate when I wasn't supposed to! I told you all I have been starving for 5 days. Dang it. I ate about 2 oz of chicken left over grilled chix, 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 piece of cheese, and about 3 pretzel crisps. UGH! I am just so hungry! I keep sounding like a broken record I know. I have been drinking max on fiber fill and HNS. Is this self-sabotage? Is got a great report today at WI so I decide i can "cheat"? Is there a bright side to this debacle?
Denise, I am using a lot of inappropriate words right now! I am so disappointed in myself!

Cherrilos, don't be so hard on yourself. I realized that whenever I make progress, I will sabotage myself and then I realize it and go back on. It is getting back on the bandwaggon and not letting it ruin what you have accomplished so far to date. It is normal and almost at least I have learned for me in the begining a little way of rebelling?
I thought of a quote I saw on another site
Being on a diet is hard, being fat is hard...being your desired size in awesome. If you stick to the diet hard you get a reward if you eat and stay fat it is hard on you with no reward. Something like that--make me realize I have a choice. I hope this helps.
