when moving to ph2 does the 1/2 cup of carrots count towards anything (i.e. a serving of fruit or starchy veg) or can we have it in addition the grain and or fruit we are incorporating? thanks!
I've got a carrot question too: The other night when I made stirfry, I picked out the carrots, but the bagged salads I buy contains shredded carrot. I try to avoid it as much as possible but I know I've consumed some. How much will that hurt me (I'm on Phase 1)?
