Daily Menu Thread
FF Day 1
Breakfast:
4 hard boiled eggs
butter
Lunch:
1 giant salad w/ ceasar dressing
1 turkey burger
Dinner:
Sweet and Sour Chicken:
chicken breast
red peppers
green peppers
yellow peppers
pineapple chunks
small amount of sweet and sour sauce
Snack:
1 grapefruit
Ok, so not quite POP, but not bad. I replaced one of my grapefruits with a few pineapple chunks. No, certanly not perfect, but what can you do.........it's been a long time since I've been even close to OP. I also added some peppers, which is illegal on FF.......but they are really good for me, and very low in carbs......so I am ok with it. On to tomorrow....Day 2 of FF.

You really get 5 starches??? Wow... The most I ever got was three, I think...
Ok.. A couple of questions...
1. What kind of Engligh Muffin? Thomas makes a 100 calorie version that isn't too bad..
2. What kind of cheese are you eating? Try to stay away from the processed stuff as much as possible.
3. Are the almonds salted?
4. Be concious about your consumption of the Parmesean.. It tends to be pretty salty.
Other than that, it looks really healthy!! Nice work!

Ok.. A couple of questions...
1. What kind of Engligh Muffin? Well we don't have those brands in canada... I am using a Whole wheat one- using it as 2 starches because its equivelant to 2 slices of regular ww bread2. What kind of cheese are you eating? using ALLEGRO low- fat cheese. mozzerella. Occasionally I eat BABYBELLS light3. Are the almonds salted?Nope, just your regular almonds
4. Be concious about your consumption of the Parmesean.. It tends to be pretty salty. Its not acually parmesean. Its the recipe in the LA weight loss cook book, its with low-fat mozzerella
I am on plan 4. I get 5 starches, 4 veg 4 fruit 3 dairy, 3.5 proteins and 2 fat. I am not using lites
