Lightbulb Easy sweet treat for phase 1

I tried this for breakfast this morning, but would work at any time for a snack or dessert.

Just mix a bit of your favorite Crystal Light drink powder into a non-fat Fage Greek yogurt. Delicious!

Smile Here's one of my favorites

Another one that I like is mixing cinnamon and some Splenda into some fat free cottage cheese. The texture reminds me of rice pudding.

Sugar-free jello powder is very good mixed into yogurt and cottage cheese, too.

With Cinnamon and splenda is my favorite way to have cottage cheese, I have it almost everyday. I also is very good topped with a little sugar free "maple" syrup. I have to be careful with that, it would be easy to go over board on it.

You can also make a nice lunch by adding some red and green bellpeppers and green onions in it. I like it best if it has a few hours in the refrig to allow the flavors to blend.

Recently jello has been making me gag - now when I make it, instead of adding the cold water, I add the same amount of non-fat vanilla yogurt. It thickens it up so you get the taste, but the texture is different. It is a great little dessert - especially lemon.

Just chiming in on the Cottage Cheese w/ cinnamon & splenda. It is such comfort food to me. It completely reminds me of rice pudding. I look forward to it for breakfast... It's also very good with agave nectar instead of splenda.

I tried a new one this weekend, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbs of natural peanut butter, a pkg of splenda and a little vanilla. I had a little trouble with my stick blender because the cottage cheese got on top of it so I added enough skim milk to help it blend.

It was wonderful.

Has anyone tried it with the liquid Vanilla creme Stevia? I wonder if it's as good? I'll have to try it.

Belle Mer -- I've tried it with some cherry davinci sf syrup and wasn't as crazy about it but sf maple is really good.
