I lost another 8 pounds to bring the grand total up to 27 (YAAAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!), I lost another 3% body fat and made it into the "healthy" range! I met my first goal which was to lose 24 lbs by July 7th and I exceeded it by 3!!! I need to make a new goal which will be to lose another 27 lbs by October 7. I am going to have my husband take comparison pics of me at each goal. I'm SO excited!
