I KNOW some of you guys visit the forums often - When I posted in the religious section I got three different posts telling me that we had our own forum!
So why on Earth have no posts been made since three days ago, and before that ALMOST A MONTH AGO?!
Well, what did everyone do for Litha? We have a big family cookout, and this year we made a huge, home made slip-n-slide in the back yard. It was fabulous! I believe it will be a staple at all summer functions from now on!
Yep - there used to be a group that posted here but they seem to have drifted off. I have kept the forum going in hopes that there would be more interest but . . .
When I come back from my holidays I will be working a bit on this section to see if we can breathe some life into it.
Home life is really busy at the moment and working in the evening means I didn't get a chance to do anything for Litha, but I'll be in Africa during Lammas so I'm going to have a ball communing with nature out there and will thoroughly enjoy doing something (no matter how small) in a new environment Time to dig around for some info on African Deities and legends

Oshun is my favorite African Goddess. I do not know if a link will work for me yet or not. But if not, you can google Oshun and find a world of info. She is beautiful!
I followed the link Jeannie, "Oshun Ana, Goddess of Luxury and Love", I love that, thanks And she is beautiful!! Only 17 days to go (till the hol). The past few days have been wild by the sea and everytime I open my window I can smell the salt, I love it. I'm going to spend some time with the waves this weekend, it is so refreshing, calming and most of all cleansing. I always feel so much closer to The Goddess at the shore
i'm not sure yet- this is my first one. i guess brian froud created it & other faerie artists will be there. there is music and wandering performers, booths to buy cool stuff in, food...
You are So right! I am sorry I've been so neglectful! lol
Well, I have heard of this great program that helps with hormonal imbalances in women. It's not like hormone replacement or anything, but it's supliments that help women's hormones and other chemicals get balanced, thus helping with food cravings. It's called Womentowomen.com Anyone ever heard of it? I think you could probably get most supplements at a store but I'm not sure if they would come all together or not, but I was considering it.
