Default Need a little help w/ Dessert

My hubby and I always like to have a little dessert after dinner. Most of the time it's SF pudding or Fudsicles. With summer and Summer fruits upon us, I want to add fruits to the menu. I was thinking about doing peaches and raspberries w/ some sf/ff vanilla yogurt. My question is....What can I sprinkle on top that would add some crunch to it? Anybody got suggestions???
I know you all are fantastic at this......so I'm putting it out to you!
THANKS!!

How about chopped nuts? On Phase II, a little bit of Fibre One works.

I love all bran with yogurt, blueberries, and strawberries!

The other night I also had yogurt, cocoa, a touch of agave nectar and strawberries. Yum!

How about sprinkling about a teaspoon or so of ground flaxseed? I love the nutty flavor and just the right amount of crunch that it adds.

This is something I came up with a few months ago and great for summer.

Take some FROZEN fruit and put it in your food processor (not a blender) and chop it up.
add some GREEK yogurt and whir a bit more.
Then add some Splenda or agave necter and whir a bit more.

It should be about 3/4 fruit and 1/4 yogurt. It comes out like a cross between ice cream and sherbet and very yummy and refreshing. Don't make more than you can eat at a sitting because it doesn't freeze well.

Thank you ladies!!! I knew I could count on you.
Cat - I'm going to have to give that a try....it sounds awesome!

I ended up finding a recipe for cookies here, so I'm going to work on making them thin and crunchy and using that for a topper. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Cat - Just wanted to let you know that I had your frozen fruit concoction tonight (white peaches and blue berries) and it was really yummy! Thanks so much for the recipe.

You are very welcome!! Glad you enjoyed it. What is neat about it is that you can use so many different combinations of fruit to change the taste of it...add cinnamon to it etc.
