Default Picnic Ideas
Hello everyone!

I'm on the LA Express plan currently. I would LOVE to plan a picnic for tomorrow. The carnival is in town for Canada Day. It would be nice to go check that out and have a little picnic on the beach. I think that having a picnic would be a good way to enjoy the carnival without going for the more unhealthy carnival food.

I was just wondering what kind of "picnic food" I should bring that would also stay on plan?

Any ideas?

i love taking fresh fruit, unsalted almonds and homemade pita chips and hummus on picnics to the beach...along with tons of lemons and water!
maybe even pop some popcorn and take it along with you..or bring one of those 100cal packs of cookies as a sweet treat so you're not tempted.
