You're pretty now and you were pretty then! But, your achievement is fantastic! And you look healthier because of it.
If you can lose 100 you can lose 30! Definitely.

You look beautiful! I thought you looked great when you were at your heaviest too (your face shot). How have you lost your weight? Have you thought about switching up your diet or adding maybe strength training if you aren't already doing that a lot? When I started a strength training dvd, it helped me get under my 170 hump. Curiously, I have been dropping weight like crazy just by walking for about an hour at dusk. I will admit that I do have trouble sleeping after it though. I would love to exchange emails. I will send a personal message giving you mine.

Wow! You look great! How exciting. But I completely understand wanting to get over (I guess under) that plateau. I lost from 250 to 170 while in grad school about 8 years ago. Kept the weight off for three years. But I felt like I was stuck and the scale wouldn't budge. So, after grad school, I moved to Costa Rica to work, and decided to try phentermine. It worked like a charm--10 pounds off, quickly. And they stayed off for about 4 months, until I quit the phentermine. Within about 6 months (and a zillion life changes=stress), I had regained 50 pounds. And now, five years, more changes, and 2 kids later, I'm up to 230. So, I don't recommend phentermine because it just primes your pump, and then you spin out of control. I am ready to re-lose, and I'd love to email. I'm not sure how you lost the weight, but I did a controlled-carb type of program. I think that when I get to that point again, I'll make sure that I'm tracking my calories (which I've always said I wouldn't do), and doing interval cardio--i.e. really high intensity for a few minutes, with recovery interspersed. Good luck with everything!

You look so, so fabulous. I love the way your hair is styled in that last picture! It looks so cute on you. Congrats for making it this far and promise all of us right now that you'll keep going because we all want to see more pictures when you reach your goal.
Also, is that a Yeungling I see in one of those pictures? If not (or you don't know what that means) just ignore this remark.

You're right, when you just see your face at your high weight, it looks fine, but you can see such a difference comparing it to your face now.
