Question Vitamins on Atkins
Are there any no-no brands?

I have some melaleuca day and night packs.

Also, taking a generic iron.

A good multivitamin without Iron is a must on Atkins.

Also, if you smoke, I'd look into taking Vitamin C tablets. Please read the label and make sure the one you are purchasing does not have aspartame in it.

I was actually going to pick some up today. Thanks for the tip about no Iron, JG. It may be common sense but I didn't even consider it!

Ummm... the "Women's One-A-Day" that I'm taking has Iron. Just wondering why that's a bad thing?

Dr. Atkins recommended a multivitamin without Iron...I think because meat & most green veggies contain a lot of Iron.
