Default Birds?

This is completely off subject but I need help! There is this bird that is bringing mud, dirt, garbage, grass, twings anything really to my deck and putting it on the ledge above my deck. It is making a huge mess. And everytime I am out there it comes flying towards me. I am scared. I want it gone. Please help. If any one has any suggestions I will try them!

Sounds like it is building a nest or probably tending one that it already built that might have eggs or babies in it since the bird is trying to scare you away.

You could get someone to look and see if there is a nest and if there is, I'd be tempted to call the SPCA in the hopes it could be relocated without harming any inhabitants.

Depending on the size of the bird, it COULD count as 1 protein...?!? lol

Protein - ha ha.

Birds use those things to make nests and flying at you to protect it.
My parents have birds that nest on their deck but they are quite used to my parents and the dogs and don't swoop at them. It's really neat to see the babies grow and leave the nest.

If you really want it gone try calling a wildlife foundation close to you to see what they suggest.
