Greeting all
Have been searching the net for a support community and you 'guys' are just what I am looking for!
I am a second time around Atkins' person. I fell off the wagon about a year ago after starting a new high stress-level job (ahh the comforts of carbs...).
Which resulted in (of course) low energy and high weight gain.
So here we go again with the goal to find balance in my Atkins life!
All suggestions welcome!

Glad to hear your back on the wagon. I went through the same thing in high school I weighed about 175lbs and went on atkins and got down to 140. Then after going off the diet and not caring what I ate a bad break-up with a very serious boyfriend and then 5 years later and I baby I have put so much + a lot more back on. I began my journey the day after memorial day and going strong.
