Breakfast: Orange HNS; 2 hard boiled medium eggs; 1/4 cup cooked oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon
Lunch: Mixed Berry HNS; 3oz grilled chicken breast & 1/2 ounce of shredded cheddar cheese (for my salad); salad with grape tomatoes, cucumber and light ranch dressing; apple
Supper: 4oz grilled chicken breast; probably a salad and slice of bread - ended up having exactly that the salad had tomatoes and cucumbers in it as well as light ranch dressing. I only ate about half of my chicken and maybe 3/4 of my salad - I just wasn't hungry for that anymore.
When can I start the creamy hot chocolate???? Today is day 4 of the meta slim green menu.

PS - I have a confession to make - I went on a 45 minute walk with my neighbor and after I got my twins to bed I ate 1 serving of smoked almonds. Bad girl! LOL!

Reason: updated supper and the PS
This might be because we are on different menus, but can we have light ranch dressing?? I thought we could only have the salad spritzers?
I would also like to know when we start the creamy hot chocolate HNS, Im going to try it adding the color like one of the posters suggested.
Thanks!
What I was told about dressings from my center was that we could have any of the Waldon Farms, any of the spritzers, and any fat free italian! Hope this helps!
Not sure what you are referring to when adding color? I like the creamy hot chocolate with a splenda. If I remember correctly, some like to add some coffee to is also (I have not tried that yet)!
During food instruction, I was told that on-program salad dressings have no more than 2 grams of fat and 3 grams of carbs per serving.
I too was told the same thing and the light ranch dressing has exactly that! YEAH!!! So I was super excited today when I noticed that and could eat it!!! I did buy the Walden farms ranch and tried it today but didn't care for it at all.
Oh and I checked my list of supplement flavors and it says that we can have creamy ones starting on day 5 but have to wait until day 11 for the bars, etc. Hope that helps! I am planning on going to weigh in tomorrow (wish me luck - I am scared!!) and pick up some more HNS as I have been looking through the cookbook and will need some different ones for the recipes in there!

Newbie question...if the hot chocolate different that the chocolate pudding mix??? I know some of the mixed can be made different ways...I was looking forward to the hot coco for a day 5 treat but it wasn't on the list of supplements from the center, though they did mention that list only included the ones they had in stock! Thanks, Alisha

Sorry I didn't see this sooner...don't throw out that Walden Farms ranch (might be too late) - I don't like it on salads either, but found that it makes a good substitute for mayo in things like tuna & chicken salad if I didn't use too much. Same with the MRC ranch. The Walden farms dressings I like are the Honey Mustard & the Bacon & the Blue cheese are pretty decent.

Yes, the hot cocoa & the chocolate pudding are two different things. They must not have had the hot cocoa in stock. It's very good, one of the few creamies I ever bought, I especially like it mixed with hot decaf coffee for a Starbuck's-type mocha.

I haven't thrown it out yet, it is still in my fridge but I just got a reaming from the center manager the other day about my light ranch about it not being fat free and that will slow down my weight loss. UGH!!
I bought the stuff to make the MRC ranch - I doubt I will like it though. I am super picky!!
So what is your recipe for tuna and chicken salad??? DH bought me 2 packs of tuna and I haven't used them yet because I don't have a tuna salad recipe that is OP. Thanks in advance!!

I ditto what Meemo said. I absolutely love the hot chocolate and chocolate pudding - a great late night treat!

I just kinda mix up a can of drained tuna with enough of the ranch dressing to moisten it, add some of the Mrs Dash lemon pepper & a lot of celery. Sometimes I add some of the sugar-free sweet pickle relish (I like relish in my tuna salad). Sometimes I'll add chopped apple to it for crunch and my fruit for lunch, sounds weird but I knew it was good in chicken salad so I tried it in the tuna & it was pretty good. One more thing that sounds bizarre - I found some wasabi dressing that fell into the carb/fat parameters for MRC & tried it in tuna salad - it was good!
Chicken salad is pretty much the same, but I'll change up the seasoning - tarragon is good (to me) in it, or sometimes I'll use a little poultry seasoning. The apple is good in chicken salad.
If you like mustard in either (I don't much care for it in my tuna or chicken salad) you can use Dijonnaise in place of mayo.
