For 1/2 protein sometimes I will use 2oz of lean turkey meat. Loblaws (if you're in Canada) has some really good tomato basil lite turkey meat, i get it shaved then will have 2oz.
Sometimes for breakfast I'll have 1 piece of toast with a bit of hp sauce on it and then I'll put 2oz of the turkey meat in the fry pan to heat it up and brown it and put it on top. It's really yummy.
Other times I'll have one egg boiled. If you like devilled eggs adding a bit of lite mayo and mixing up the yolk with paprika is yummy.
There's peanutbutter of course.
Or adding sunflower seeds to a salad.
