Hello, I'm currently still at it.
I am happy very happy that I've lost so much weight without pills, or surgery.
I started 9/06.
My goal is 140 lbs. and I think that'll be it.
I have no loose skin and I'm almost 40.

thanks for the support everybody
have a blessed year and stay encouraged, even if you don't measure up to what you want that day, just know that sometimes you have to treat yourself so don't cheat yourself outta your longterm goal.
Also, I cut out pics in the magazines to motivate me, I have a few ones on my fridge right now just to remind me.
I know it may sound corny but if I can you can too!!!
