Post Where's all the Water???? From the LAWL website

L A Weight Loss clients are already drinking their eight glasses per day. In addition, it's also a good idea to get the added benefits of water from a source many of us forget about: food. Just as with our bodies, many foods are mostly water. Here are some of the top picks:

Apple 85% Apricot 85% Bananas 76% Bean Sprouts 92% Broccoli 91%Cabbage, raw 92% Cantaloupe 91% Carrot, raw 88% Cauliflower, raw 91% Celery 94% Cherry, raw 80% Collard, boiled 91%Cucumber,raw 96% Eggplant, raw 92% Grapefruit 88% Grapes 82% Green Pepper 94% Kale 87% Lettuce 96% Onion 89% Orange 86%Papaya 89% Parsley 86% Peach 90% Pear 82% Peas 81% Pineapple 85% Plum 87% Potato, raw 85% Radish 95%
Raspberry 81% Spinach, raw 92% Strawberry 90% Swiss Chard 94%Tomato 93% Watermelon 93%

Since the water in these high volume foods occurs naturally there are several weight loss benefits:
Foods that incorporate water tend to look larger.
The higher volume of these foods provides greater oral stimulation.
When water is bound to food, it slows down absorption and lasts longer in the digestive system, giving you the feeling of fullness for a longer period of time.
