Okay, im sure im weird, and prob the only one like this, but i have noticed a marked increase in my sex drive since i started exercising.. wth? lol... im not complaining, and talk about motivation get up and exercise, but ....?
the only thing i can figure, is i feel better, i have more energy.. and my husband sure isnt complaining... and all this with only exercising 15 mins a day ( just started two weeks ago.. building up lol)... ill prob kill the poor guy when i increase my exercise time lol... anyone else have this happen??

Yep, it's actually very common, as exercise is a natural antidepressant/mood booster, increasing both blood flow (to all areas) and neurotransmitters.

I am definatley like that too when I start exercising. Very very frisky. What a great side effect!!!!

Same with me. When I started exercising and losing weight, I definitely have a "one track mind".

If your hubby loves it now, add some flexibility training like pilates or yoga and then watch out

haha i definitely hear ya on that. after my workout i look in the mirror and i'm all glow-y and sweaty and i'm like, "YEAH! LET'S GET IT ON!."

but no one is there. hahahaha.

yup for sure! DH is in heaven LOL Not just exercise either, just general weight loss and feeling better and zippier! hehhehehe DH is smiling because he doesn't have to do the asking all the time now, i just jump him LOL

That's pretty much us too. The last times I tried to lose weight I didn't focus so much on exercise and this time I am. I have more drive this time.

heheh i bet if some of the "dumb boys" who are not super supportive of their wives/girlfriends weight loss efforts knew what they were missing, they'd KICK themselves!!!

I don't know if exercise/weight loss makes me more amorous, per se, but sex has changed. I'm definitely more energetic and infinitely more flexible. I also feel more comfortable in my body and not so weirdly self conscious to have my chub flinging around.
