Default Calorie postings in NYC

Here is an interesting snippet of video. NYC chain restaurants now have calorie counts on their menu.
Surprising how many people really have their head in the sand.

Oh yeah! I watched this report last night at the gym. I think it's awesome. I hope it does go nationwide.

Wouldn't that be great if all restaurants posted calories for the food they serve?! I'd love that, I hope they make it a requirement.

I would love for all restaurants to post calorie counts as well.

I went out for lunch today at Longhorn and had a salad and chili. Came home and looked online to find the calorie count for the chili. Longhorn doesn't even have nutrition information online! I can't believe restaurants are not required to have this information posted, especially large chains like Longhorn.

I'm not a fan of excessive legislation, but this is one law I would like to see passed.
