Anyone tried these? I ordered them because I wanted to learn how to move sensually. I am actually getting excited to get them and try them out. So I guess has anyone tried them and liked them or just felt stupid?

I have them, and love them. I dont' feel I get enough cardio out of them though, so they sit there pretty much unused. They are also something I wouldn't even consider doing around my kids, so they sit alot more because of that. I have promised myself that when I get to ONEderland they will become a regular addition to my day... if I can get up before the animals, I mean kids do!

I have one of them. Not enough cardio, I got them to learn moves but i'm too uncoordinated so I don't use them anymore.

they are good for learning moves and you will get you heart rate up.
but i agree could be more cardio

Yes, I HAD the first video. I don't think there's enough of cardio and/or strength training to really have an impact. You learn to move better and more sensually definitely, as others have said, but in terms of really helping to lose weight, I don't really think it will help. As an addition, it is of course, welcomed!

I have most of them...the 2nd dvd is the 'real' workout one of the bunch. It's a pretty good workout in my opinion. I enjoyed that one a lot. The other 'dance' ones though, didn't seem challenging enough to me.

i really like the flirty girl fitness dvds, i have 5 of those. i didn't like carmen electra, the moves got old fast and i barely broke a sweat

Half of the time, I will do the 1st CD of CE's striptease to warm up before jumping on the elliptical or treadmill. I enjoy it. Of course, right now, Carmen looks a lot better and sexier at doing it than I do, ha-ha!
