1. What's your top weight, current weight and target?
195.2 starting weight, 180.6 currently, 168 goal. With my height 168 gets me down to a healthy BMI rating, which I'm using as a goal b/c several diseases such as heart disease run in my family.

2. How tall are you?
5' 8.75"

3. What's your family situation?
Married, no kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats

4. Where do you live?
Maine

5. One GOOD book.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

6. One GOOD song.
"The Way I Am" by Ingrid Michaelson. And anything by Jason Mraz.

7. One GOOD TV show.
"My Family" on PBS.

8. One awesome food you don't want to live without.
"Wicked Whoopie" brand oatmeal whoopie pies.

9. One weightloss lie you've heard.
Well, I'm not sure about this one...I've heard people in my WW group insisting that diet sodas and diet sweets are the way to go, and maybe it works for them, but diet/artificially sweetened-anything doesn't work for me. So maybe that's a weight-loss lie, for me? I'm not really sure.

10. The best tip you've received with regard to long lasting slimness.
My husband (who is very supportive) always tells me when I get disappointed that my weight loss in any given week may be as low as 1/10 of a pound..."the longer it takes to lose it, the longer it stays off." I don't know how he knows that, but I believe him. And it makes me feel good about my tiny weekly weigh-losses.
