Is this crazy? I am actually EXCITED to be starting Phase 1 on Monday!! I just feel like I have been back and forth with so many diets before, I feel like I will succeed on this one and it will work!
I don't think it's crazy! For me SB feels like healthy eating instead of a "diet". It sounds like you're starting with a good mindset "I feel like I will succeed . . .and it will work!"
nellagirl, I'm excited for you, too! The key to success on this new way of eating is to be prepared and plan in advance. Nellagirl and all the starters for monday, are you posting on this thread or the other phase I thread? I saw that Nellagirl posted here and on the other one so I didn't know where everyone was going to be posting on their journey starting tomorrow. I wish all of us luck and we need to keep each other motivated and we will succeed on this. There is so much support on these boards that its almost impossible to fall off the wagon. Monday here I come
