Default Which book should I get

I have about 25 pounds to lose, but I want to have an eating plan that will last me forever so I can keep the weight down as I grow older (im a teen, i think a lot of you already know me lol)

I really like Jillian as a person and think she's a good role model to look up to. I also love her tough love approach to fitness and I have been doing her 30 day Level 1 & 2 exercise.

I decided I want to buy one of her books and follow her plan. The thing is, on amazon, she has quite a few, Winning by Losing, Making the Cut, Beginners Fitness, etc. If anyone could give me any advice on what you think would be better for me in the long run, that would be great, thanks

I'm not trying to lose the weight fast because I want to keep it off.

I have only checked out Winning By Losing and Making the Cut. Between those two, if you only have 25 pounds to lose I'd get Making the Cut. I think it's set up a little better than the first book WBL...and it has more recipes. It's specifically geared to people close to goal.

Either book will kick yer (!) tho.

Making the Cut for you, I think. You don't have that much weight to lose. Winning by Losing is geared towards people with 50+ pounds to lose, she has mentioned on her radio show.

I have Winning by Losing and I love the workout program. I'm sure Making the Cut would be awesome as well.
