Default Exercisers check in here! April 14th-20th

Not sure where Mez is, so I am going to start a post until she arrives.

This is the place where you can post any exercise you do. Let's cheer each other on and celebrate movement!!

Today I did Week 2 Day2 of C25K. I did pretty well with the jogging, and even went past the 90 seconds on the very last jog set, just for kicks.

I did 20 minutes on the Elliptical and some light weights. I was a little slower than usual bc on Sunday I walked 40 minutes on the treadmill.

I walked 1 mile today. I still have a very bad cough...but I feel like I need to move! I wish I could do more but that is my limit without having a coughing attack.

I got 2 miles in today. Less than usual but I got to the gym late and that's all I could do before closing.

I'm still recuperating from injuries from a car accident. Today was the first day I tried to exercise in a long while. I did a one mile Leslie Sansone dvd.

Great job everyone!

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes of hand weight this morning. It is nice here in southern Michigan. Hubby and I will do a 2 mile walk tonight after dinner. Have a great day.

After not getting enough walking last night I hit the walk track at my gym this morning and walked 4 miles (plus extra that I didn't count) in a row for the first time that I know of! I was done in a little less than an hour. I also posted this as a big NSV for me. Woohooo!

Sherry - I bet it feels good to get moving again!

Kellsua - great job. No one appreciates spring weather like those that live in the North, right??

Gela - way to go!!!

Today I did my bowflex workout. Normally I do 3x per week, full body, but decided to split the routine up, for a change. So today was back and legs.

Then I did Cardio Overdrive - 45 minutes, phew! It's nice here, a bit cool - but we might go a for bike ride tonight anyway.

I did the 2 mile WATP. It's amazing how fast you lose it when you stop exercising. I stopped for two weeks - I had to, as the cold that I had made regular breathing painful. Today the 2 miles was more of a challenge than it's been in a long while, and my legs feel a little rubbery. But wow do I feel good.

Hi Gang!
Today I did W2D3 of C25K. My legs felt like dead weight today, not sure why. I biked last night and we took a couple big hills, so might be feeling the affects of that.
I also will be doing my blowflex arm/chest workout a bit later.
