Their frozen yogurt cups serve about 2.5-3 cups, total, so make sure to multiply that frozen yogurt number. Still, that's my go-to treat when I am at Costco and hungry...my partner and I split the cup for 150 calories or so each....not too shabby!

I love their frozen yogurt too. It's a nice treat on a hot day and you can't beat the price!

I get the chicken cesar salad. For those of you not familiar with this salad, it comes with tomatoes, cucumbers, a quite reasonable sprinkling of parmesan cheese - maybe amounts to one Tbs., and a normal sized serving of boneless, skinless white meat chicken, all piled on to a very large serving of romaine lettuce.

It comes with a container of dressing and a little bag of croutons. I bring my own dressing, and don't eat the croutons. Eaten this way, it tastes just like I made it at home - it lacks a certain "fast, junky, food" taste that I love so much. But, hey, I think it is diet friendly.

It's still crazy the Caesar Salad is more than those huge hot dogs, I'm not sure if that included dressing or not. I got the turkey wrap which was soooo good, so really that's what I was trying to find nutritional info for, but since it's new I couldn't find it.

The web site I read regarding the Costco food said that there may have been an error in figuring the fat and calories in the salad. Here's the link. If you scroll down to the bottom of their chart, there is some discussion. I certainly hope that the error is that they call out too many fat grams, not too few.
