Default Is There Any Good Reason Why Friday Apr 04 shouldn't be fabulous?

Of course not!

The snow is melting.
The birds are singing.
We're joining a gym tonight!!!

FRIDAY!! I'm on board with that!!

I'm feeling happy about working on some of my anxious feelings about losing weight. I'm getting lots of support here as usual.

DH and I are going to take a nice long relaxing walk tonight.

I'm taking a walk on my lunch break too!

It's Friday!

My house is clean and smells nice and fresh

I've got that pleasant "I worked hard yesterday" soreness in my muscles, but it doesn't go all the way to "I worked so hard that I have to brace myself to sit down"

Yay for Friday!

The scale showed me a loss this morning!
I went cycling even though it was super windy!
My dogs are frisking about the yard and making me smile!

It's not Friday for me (whine) as I'm self employed an on a deadline. BUT yes it's spring, a little cold but the leaves are budding and it's going to be GREEN again. Don't we all feel better after a long winter? Eight weeks until Memorial Day weekend - which his my next goal date of dropping some more lbs to fit in a cute swim suit. Go, go...

The scale moved down a little more for me! I am so thrilled and excited. What a way to start the weekend.

No work for me today! Got to sleep in until 6AM.

Took a drive down the road (about 100 miles) to visit Costco, Trader Joe's and Wal-Mart super center. I bought eight bottles of salad dressing, among other things at TJ's.

I fixed a nice salad, rice and polish sausage for supper. The polish sausage was turkey, and my exceedingly picky DH didn't even realize it and complain. Oh happy day!
