I had an assessment with my new trainer, who is only going to focus on my measurements and determine my bodyfat from that. Good approach too, as she knows I'll always be heavier due to my muscularity and focusing on the scale can drive me nuts.

Anyway, as she measured me today, she'd say, "What do you think it is?" and I'd be over by 2".

I am shocked that my waist is now 40". I'm doin' da

Congratulations on your awesome success! As a complete noob to lifting, who is facing the scale stalling out, I can't tell you how inspirational that is to me, so thank your for sharing! I read some of your blog. Can you imagine, being 200 lbs of muscle...! That would be sweet! I wouldn't mess with you!
