Default Starting P2 Monday

and I am afraid to eat. What should I add in? Should I add a new thing everyday? I also wonder how bad strawberries are? That is the only thing I have been craving for the past two weeks.

There are several stickies about Phase II in the Frequently Asked Questions Section. Please read them carefully and you will be OK. Do NOT just start eating everything that was not allowed in Phase I. You need to ease into the next Phase.

Strawberries are NOT bad - they are slow carbs. Have one serving a day for a week and then add something else next week. Easy does it!

Thanks How many would be in a serving? Now should I just choose strawberries for the first week then say the following week add whole wheat bread in addition to the strawberries?

It's up to you what carbs to add but space them out. A cup Is a serving of berries.
