Default Almost done with Phase 1...
Tomorrow is my last day with Phase 1 and I can't wait! I try to take this one day at a time and not think about...what I can or can't have too much. I've been fortunate enough to have lost 6lbs (as of yesterday) and can tell the difference already in my jeans (looser). I know that this will be my "life" as I'm insulin resistant and need to be on a food plan that 'addresses' that.

I found another website that solely for SB'ers---I think someone on this site told me about it and it's wonderful! But I can see that this site too will be helpful for support etc.
