Good morning to all!

I'm patd and I'm a COE! It's great to be here and be part of this community and recovery program.

Today physically I'm in pain but emotional and spiritual I'm much better since talking with my sponsor. Sponsors are wonderful aren't they? I so love mine and all she is willing to share of her ESH, always a boast! I know there's a way out!

The steps are really simple and I'm glad to here I'm really nuts as my sponsor told me this morning. That's why we all understand each other as we are all nuts and hey! I thought it was just me! Glad I'm not alone.

I'm going to try and go to a f2f meeting Monday night now that we have day light savings time and I won't be in totally darkness driving home. I'm really looking forward to it so if it is God's will I hope to follow it.

Hope you made it to your meeting. What is the f2f? I am new to all the oa lingo.

f2f is face to face meeting. Which I probably won't make it too as it is tonight. I also have fibromyalcia and it is kicked up big time today so far and besides it's raining but all this shall pass and I don't have to eat over any of it today.
