Weight Watcher's brand also has a really good fudge bar, but I don't remember the calorie count. I've always gotten them from Walmart all year round, but every store is different, and I know in some areas they stock fewer frozen treats in the winter months.

are they NSA???? because my experience is that most things are more worried about Low FAT and Calories than sugar.....
You won't find sugarfree fudgesickles because the dairy adds healthy sugar. What you are looking for is no sugar added fudgesickles. I often buy Popsickle brand but many stores have their own store brand too.
Not sure about the WW fudge bars as I haven't bought them (or read the label) in quite some time. I'm thinking they were artificially sweetened, but can't be sure on that. Although thinking about it, Weight Watcher's products often seem to be much higher in sugar than other products.
