Talking I feel pretty... Oh So PRETTY...

I'm soooo happy right now!
After much weighting and a lot of anxiety *takes a deep breath* I FINALLY moved past 185lb and am now a very happy 184lb.

I'm sure you're all wondering "wow? Whats the big deal?" well let me tell you! The big deal is - is that I can always make it to 185 but I can't make it past 185 and so I'm a very very very very very happy duck indeeeed!! I was nervous all week, wondering whether I was going to start sabotaging myself. Especially because on Saturday I had a very naughty day (the husband came up to see me, and when he comes he brings the 10 fat-filled plagues with him lol).

To everyone!

And now, I'm feeling all yummy and prettiful!! Yaaay!

lol, i'll stop acting like a kid now. Have a great day guys(and girls of course)!!

That is awesome!
One thing I've learned from 3FC's is to set mini goals and celebrate ALL of my accomplishments, not just focus on the end result. You've inspired me today...thank you.

I wonder if most folks don't have a # that they just have a harder time getting past. I know I do -- 157. It's what I weighed after each of my kids was born. It was always my 'starting point' after they were born. I've gotten there twice b/4 but always missed an 'xx loss by xx date' goal and gave up and ate all the wt back. Once I did get down to 152 or so, but only briefly. Gained a lb or 2 and just ballooned up from there.

Congrats on breaking through your #. It's all downscale from here!

Congratulations!!! I am nearing my own line... I haven't been into the 140s in years. I have tried numerous times and got within a pound or two and then started gaining again. You have inspired me... you have convinced me that soon, very soon, I will bust through that invisible wall. Thank you!!! And congrats again! P.S. I love your avatar. That woman in the picture has such pretty eyes, and it catches my attention every time I see one of your posts.

Mezmerize you can definately do this! I promise you, if you fight it, and when you're on that last pount before you break the cycle just for that week especially push it sooo hard! Up your exercise, and watch your food and so when the scale shows that magic number... you'll be over the moon. You'll probably look like this here carrot -------->

The key is believing you can do it... And I REALLY believe you can!

LittleMoonRabbit,

thank you so very much for your support! I'm really over the moon . lol i'm so excited about hitting 184, i may end up rupturing my spleen when I reach 180 !!!

As for the avatar, thats actually a photograph I took of myself. I studied photography for two years and just love it. If you'd like to see more of my photography you can go to

http://geladrial.deviantart.com (I'm not sure whether this will show up or not)

But thank you so very much for the compliment.
