Default 30 Lb Loss!
I haven't been updating much, because I'm notoriously internet-addicted. I was just so excited with today's scale reading that I had to come and share.

I've now lost a total of 31 lbs! I'm 14 lbs away from my first goal (a loss of 45 lbs).

I was losing weight to feel better about myself and my body, and I'm doing it!

excellent!!! yay! I'm at 25 pounds as of this morning too!

Everytime I start to say "yeah, well, I still have three times that to lose" I pull up that picture of the 6 pounds of fat that Dr. Oz likes to show on Oprah... I look at that and multiply it by FOUR (in your case FIVE!!) and go "HOLY COW!!!!! All THAT is gone off my body!!?!???? "
