Default 20 pounds !!
I lost 20 since the beginning of January!!! It has been difficult, and I am still trying to incorporate more veggies - but it is a process right? Not to mention I tore the meniscus in my knee and I am trying to work my workouts around that My short term goal is to have twenty more off in the next two months before I go to Europe - so I can walk more easily with this bum knee.
Halfway there!!

20lbs is 20lbs and 20lbs is GREAT!!!!!! If you add up all the 20lbs you need to lose, you'll be there in no time!
