hello all, beautiful ladies who are so so so supportive. My last post was a self pity party and yesterday I went to the doctor for my checkup, and realised I had been focusing so much on the "black dot" that I didn't see the white canvas... I lost 2 pounds!!! woo hoo
Plus, since there is no WW or any other weight loss program here in Guatemala, I went on mydailyplate and it's really great.
and I'm not beating myself up over mistakes, which takes a lot of my sadness away, and I realised I make less mistakes ha. How complicated can we be?

And we can be very complicated, so it seems to me! I swear I make this so difficult sometimes!! But I think that happens to many of us! Just keep learning and moving downward!!
