My plan is to start the program on March 1st. I'm quite excited to finally start on my journey to becoming a re-born runner! However, I am disappointed that the C25K schedule starts off with 20 minute sessions in the beginning and ends with 30 minutes. I like to get at least an hour of cardio each day. For those of you who've done the C25K, did you stay with only 20 minutes each day? Do you think it would be advisable to do the 20 minutes, then continue walking for the remaining 40 minutes? I keep hearing about taking it sloooow in the beginning, but I'm not really sure what that means.
