Well, that first one is joke, but I did a little reading and it looks like the second one is for real! Not entirely scientific maybe, but this doctor actually means it, that there might be immunologic benefits. Gross, huh? At the same time, I learned something else I didn't know -- that there are health risks to picking your nose, from infection.

So, thanks for posting it! I think.
