So there was a sale going on today at my COD on the supplements... a 1 month supply of all of them for only $45! That's good, right??? Anyway! I was wondering if anyone is taking them and what you think of them? Do they make a difference? I got Vitamax Advanced, Celluway Advanced, and Enhance 750. Thanks!

Wow- are these new? I don't remember them from my center? If you do end up liking a certain supplement would any of you mind listing what is in them so perhaps I could try to find a similar substitute online?

For anyone interested, I take EFAs and Psyllium Husk tablets every day and I honestly think they make a huge difference in my skin/hair and BM's I was taking Tonalin-but didn't see any noticeable results so I don't take it anymore....

anyone else?

Hello Everyone "amylou7777" and anyone else who might be interested

Before I found this wonderful "3FC Forum" and before I met all of you lovely people, I found this website when I was looking for LAWL Protein Bar Replacements. It is actually a blog that someone took the time to write and share. She has lots of information about her weightloss journey including LAWL Products and replacements. She seems to break down the LA Bars, Shakes, Slim Downs and the Supplements. I printed out the information just in case the Blog was no longer available at some point.

I did some comparing on my own with regards to her suggestions with the protein bars and the slim down shakes but I have not investigated anything yet regarding the supplements. I myself never used the supplements that LAWL had (always too expensive) plus I personally have been pretty successful without them in the past.
